Short stature+HV below these cutoffs: more likely pathologic etiology: additional eval warranted
Note: use bone age for child's age in projected age calculation if bone age is delayed or advanced from chronological age.
If projected height is within 2 SD (8.5cm) of midparental height (if midparental height is within the projected height range above), then height is in expected range for family
